Drafting personal and praedial servitudes

This is a practical and interactive workshop on drafting personal and praedial servitudes.  The theory underlying personal and praedial servitudes will first be discussed, followed by the practical drafting and execution thereof.

Intriguing real-life examples of personal and praedial servitudes will be discussed.

This workshop is presented by Mieke van Rensburg, consultant and former director at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc.  Her presentation style is informal, and you can expect an interactive discussion. The workshop will allow enough time for questions and a two-way discussion between the attendees and presenter.
