The most enjoyable aspect of constitutional law is its fundamental importance in shaping society and governance.  It provides the bedrock principles that ensure justice, and equality.  Analysing landmark cases and understanding how constitutional principles are applied in real-world scenarios can be incredibly rewarding.  Adv. Elgemé Haarhoff incorporated case studies and made the module more understandable by linking constitutional principles to current events and ongoing legal battles, which made the subject relatable and engaging.
