This course was originally called “Conveyancing for Typists”, but times have changed. Over the last few years, conveyancing typists and other legal assistants increasingly started to prefer being referred to as “paralegals”. That is why we added “paralegal” to the title of this course. Another interesting fact is that an increasing number of men are now also working in this field. From our point of view, the terms “conveyancing typist” or “secretary” are equally applicable to both male and female legal assistants.
