Terms and Conditions 

1. Study material will -
   • be sent to your nearest PostNet branch and be ready for collection 2-5 working days after full payment has been received and your registration has been processed; or
   • be ready for collection at our office 1-2 working days after full payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

2. Registration is conditional until we receive proof of payment. 

3. No instalments or down payments are accepted. 

4. Registrations close one week before a course commences.  

5. If you have not received confirmation from us within two working days after registration, it may mean that something has gone wrong with the registration. In such a case, please confirm your registration with us. 

6. Your registration can be postponed to a later date if it is not possible to attend.  

7. In the case of cancellation for online lectures or self-study, the fee minus a cancellation fee of R390 will be refunded if course material has not yet been dispatched.

8. Course material which has been opened will not be accepted for a refund or exchanged for material in the other language. 

9. Gawie le Roux Institute of Law reserves the right to cancel or move any course. In the case of cancellation from our side, your registration fee will be refunded if course material has not yet been dispatched.
