Registration Terms and Conditions
Online lectures

Registrations close 2 days before commencement of a course.

Course notes will be sent in PDF format 1 working day before lectures commence.

In the case of cancellation, a refund will be made minus a R390 cancellation fee.

Gawie le Roux Institute of Law reserves the right to cancel or move the course date for any reason whatsoever. In such a case an alternative date will be provided or your registration fee will be refunded if course material has not yet been dispatched.

All rights on course material, lectures and recordings are reserved under the Berne Convention. According to the Copyright Act, No. 98 of 1978 no part of the course material, lectures or recordings may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission in writing from Gawie le Roux Institute of Law.
Recordings

In the case of cancellation, the fee paid minus a cancellation fee of R390 will be refunded if course material has not yet been dispatched.

After you have received your notes, follow the instructions in your confirmation letter which will be sent with the notes via email to request your login details for recordings.

Recordings will be available 3-5 working days after lectures have taken place.

You have 2 views for each recording.

LIMITED ACCESS: Access to the recordings is restricted to 1 week per module. Your login details expire strictly 3 weeks after you have logged in for the first time and you therefore have 3 weeks to watch the recordings.
