Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is conditional until we receive proof of payment.
2. The registration fee applies per person.  If more than one person from the same firm wants to attend the information session, each one has to register individually.  In such a case, each delegate receives a 10% discount. Please contact alouisegawieleroux.co.za for a pro forma invoice.
3. If you have not received confirmation from us within two working days after registration, it might mean that something went wrong with the registration.  In such a case, please confirm your registration with us.
4. Manuals are sent electronically a few days before the information session date or 1-2 working days after registering for the recording once the session has already taken place.
5. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your Zoom lecture, you may opt to watch the recording.
6. You have two views per recording.
7. Recordings are valid for two weeks from the first time you log in.
8. Gawie le Roux Institute of Law reserves the right to cancel any course or webinar if insufficient entries are received, or for any reason whatsoever.  In such a case, your registration fee will be refunded.
9. All rights on course material, lectures and recordings are reserved under the Berne Convention.  According to the Copyright Act, No. 98 of 1978 no part of the course material, lectures or recordings may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission in writing from Gawie le Roux Institute of Law.
