I liked the exercises as well as the drafting of the lease agreement while we worked through the study material / notes.  I also liked the fact that Dr van Eck did not make her extra notes available simply because I had to make my own notes while she was presenting and it helped a lot when I was preparing myself to write the test.  I loved the fact Dr van Eck was very concerned about whether everyone understands, are still with her, are still awake and following.  Thank you, Dr van Eck for your time and the effort you put into presenting this subject perfectly.  (Drafting of contracts, GLR PVT School)
